We offer expert legal counselling as part of our area of responsibility (Article 88 Para. 1 Bavarian Higher Education Act (BayHSchG)).

For example, students receive help with problems concerning their part-time job employer, their landlord or an online purchase. Expectant parents and students with children are also given legal advice.

Counselling is only given in person. Information cannot be given over the phone. We do not offer general advice about the German Federal Training Assistance Act (BAföG); the Office for Educational Support is responsible for this.
