Augsburg Student Services would like to make starting out at university easier with the service package for foreign students who are coming to study in Germany for the first time and have never lived in Germany.

Please note that we only have a very limited contingent of service packages available. Language students without an enrolment certificate cannot apply for a service package.

• Furnished individual apartment with kitchen/shower/WC in the Göggingen residence (service package 1) or in the Lechbrücke residence (service package 2) for 6 months
• Free advice in legal and financial matters and psychological counselling from our b!st team
• Opportunity to take part in the student residences' tutoring programme
• Up-to-date guides from Augsburg Student Services "Studying in Augsburg and Kempten", "International Students in Augsburg" and "Studying with a child in Augsburg"
• For an additional charge: (€ 65.-) upon request:  Sale of 1 x duvet, 1 x pillow, 1 x bedding, 1 x fitted sheet
• Upon request: Arrangement of student health/nursing care insurance (for a fee)

* The deposit will be returned after departure provided there is no damage.

The service package can only be purchased by foreign students who are able to submit a final letter of admission (including proof of sufficient knowledge of German; this proof is not required for courses taught in English) or an enrolment certificate from Augsburg University of Applied Sciences and who are coming to Germany to study for the first time. The package cannot be purchased more than twice.

Application deadline for the summer semester is 28 February,
application deadline for the winter semester is 31 August.

If there are more applications than places available, it will be decided in a draw.
Service package services can only be claimed after the Student Services confirms the application and has accepted this, and when the money is in the Augsburg Student Services account.
