Within our Mensas and Cafeterias as well as our CafeBar stations we offer a varied choice of food and beverages for prices within reach of the student budget. This varied offer is the base for a healthy and well-balanced nutrition on the Campus.

  • We use producers and suppliers from the region as much as possible.
  • We do not use flavor enhancers in our dishes
  • All our eggs and egg products are free-range
  • Chicken meat according to standards “Europäische Masthuhn-Initiative”/European Chicken Meat Initiative (conversion by 2026, summary report 2022)
  • Fish is sourced from sustainable fishery sources (WWF recommended)
  • We regularly offer especially valuable and balanced mensaVital dishes
  • FairTrade Coffee as much as possible
  • Spices are always from certified organic farming
  • Highest hygiene standards
  • We avoid wastage of food (We are a partner in the association “Wir retten Lebensmittel” - We Save Food)
